Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/ Corporate Secretaryship/ Economics / Business Administration with Mathematics/ Business Mathematics / Statistics /Computer Applications as one of the subjects or Bachelor’s degree in Science with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects with a minimum of 55% marks

How to Apply

ONLINE:
Application form can be submitted online through the University Website www.pondiuni.edu.in Send the hard copy (in A4 size) along with the original bank challan for the prescribed fee.

BY POST:
For Application Form and Prospectus, write to The Deputy Registrar (Academic II), Pondicherry University, R.V. Nagar, Kalapet, Puducherry 605014 along with a self addressed envelope of size 32cm X 25cm, stamped for Rs. 90/- Request for application MUST BE Superscribed on the envelope "Request for application form for admission”.

IN PERSON
The application forms can also be obtained from the Pondicherry University staff Co-operative Credit Society at the University campus on payment of the cost of the application form plus Rs.10/- as service charge.

APPLICATION FEE
For all courses Rs. 100/-, Rs. 50/- for SC/ST, Fully Exempted for differently abled candidates, subject to submission of relevant certificates. Use separate applications for each programme. Mode of payment through core banking system as per the details in the website.

Selection Process:
Selection will be based on entrance examination.

Reservation:
Reservations for OBC/SC/ST, Differently abled and Puducherry students will be applicable to the extent indicated in the Prospectus.

Scholarships:
All the full time scholars admitted to the M.Phil. and Ph.D. Programmes of the University will be eligible for a monthly fellowship of Rs. 3,000/- and Rs. 5,000/- respectively along with contingencies (for Ph.D. only). Scholarships are also available to all students of the M.Sc. Marine Biology, Coastal Disaster Management (Port Blair) and M.Sc. Five Year Integrated Programmes (for 3 years only). In addition, Merit Scholarships, Merit cum Means Scholarships and Freeships are available to deserving students of PG Degree programmes. MSG Scholarships are available for South Asian Studies students.

Fully free education for all differently abled students from this academic year.
