Selection Process:
Candidates for admission will be selected through an Entrance Test of the Institute. The test will be of one hour duration. The test will evaluate the candidates on their mathematical aptitude, logical reasoning, basic programming, English and general awareness of Information technology. Final merit list for admission will be prepared based on the performance of the Entrance Test only.
The admit card for the entrance test will be sent to the candidates by post by 15th of May 2008.
The result of the entrance test will be announced in this website in the first week of June 2008.

Test Centers: Entrance Test for M.Sc. (IT) will take place in five (5) centers: Hyderabad, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Surat and Rajkot.

Application Procedure:
Applications can either be submitted online or be downloaded and sent by post. Application processing fee for online submission is Rs. 800/- while for submission by post it is Rs. 1000/-. The application fee is to be paid through a Demand draft, drawn in favour of DA-IICT, payable at Ahmedabad , sent by post to the institute address.
