The Cell has confirmed his/her registration.
He/She meets the requirements specified by the company.
He/She does not have any Pending Offer in hand.
He/She has not yet accepted an offer from any company.

A student sitting in the placement process of his/her Dream Company would be relieved from points (d) and (e) above.
Offer of a Job:
The company would provide the job offers to the Cell and not to the students directly.
When the cell receives an offer from a company for a student, it would communicate the same to him/her.
The student would have to inform the Cell regarding the decision on the offer. Till then, the offer would be considered as pending with the student.
In cases where a student receives a second offer, he/she would have to decline the first job by submitting a regret letter to the Cell before accepting the new offer.
The purview of the Cell would be limited only to the offers made as a part of the campus placements.
Rejection of An Offer:
If the student does not inform the cell about his/her decision in the specified time by the company, it would be assumed that the offer has been rejected.
Once a student decides to participate in the process of a company, he/she can not abandon it incompletely. If it is done, it would be considered equivalent to the rejection of an offer.
A student can reject only one job offer.
A rejection of a second offer would prevent the student from participating in the placement process any further, except in the case of Dream Company.
Dream Company:
A student is free to choose any company as his/her Dream Company.
The selection of the Dream Company by a student has to be done before 1st July 2005.

The Cell would not be responsible if the Dream Company of a student does not visit the campus for any reasons, whatsoever.
